USAID gives more funds and extended the 3-year SILK project by further six months

SLCDF signed an agreement with Organization for Integrated Sustainable Development in Karaichchi DS Division for Rs.4.2 Million to help 42 families for dairy management. Each participant will be provided with Rs.100,000 to purchase cattle including transport and insurance. The first instalment cheque to the value of Rs.420,000 was handed over and they will be provided with related Cornerstones and technical training as well. The Executive Director signed on behalf of SLCDF and there were project participants and staff of SLCDF who witnessed this event. This project was made possible through the generous support of the American people and USAID.
